Role overview
We are seeking a flexible marketing designer who knows that effective design should do more than look polished — it should help generate conversions. In this role, you’ll partner with a consultant supporting startups and founder-led businesses with growth strategy, product launches, positioning improvements, and customer acquisition optimization.
This is not a standard graphic design position. The focus is on creating marketing assets that help move prospects through the funnel and support revenue-focused campaigns.

Implementation support
From time to time, you may also assist with building pages inside tools such as Thrivecart, HighLevel, Webflow, Framer, or comparable platforms.
Experience and tools
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Figma and Canva, understand landing page design and conversion rate optimization principles, and have experience creating advertising creative for Meta. Background in SaaS or startup environments and presentation design is preferred.

Hours and growth
The expected workload starts at approximately 5 to 15 hours per week. This can grow into a longer-term opportunity as the consultancy expands.
