Role Overview

The Manufacturing Technician's core role is to support the aseptic compounding process through batch production, filter testing, precise batch documentation, maintenance of cleanliness, and monitoring the environment to uphold quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production tasks as directed by the Production Manager, following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality protocols.
• Engage proactively in aseptic compounding operations within a controlled environment.
• Manage preparation of components and equipment for processing in a Grade C cleanroom.
• Complete batch-related documentation promptly, accurately, and legibly to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the manufacturing workspace at all times.
• Assist in reviewing and updating documentation when requested by management.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address production issues.
• Conduct compliant investigations and environmental excursion assessments.
• Comply strictly with all safety, housekeeping, and quality standards, reporting any deviations promptly.
• Adhere to gowning procedures upon entering the Grade C area to maintain aseptic conditions.
• Report maintenance needs to both the Production Manager and maintenance team promptly.
• Set up, clean, and maintain production machinery and equipment routinely.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Production Manager as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing setting; experience in aseptic or sterile manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Exposure to cleanroom environments is beneficial.
• A third-level qualification in a science or engineering field is advantageous but not mandatory.
