Role Overview

We are looking for a Managing Partner to lead our investment initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and supporting ventures that generate impactful innovations. This role involves strategic investment syndication, investor relations, and proactive business advisory to foster sustainable growth for portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential investors to update on company progress and motivate further investments.
• Lead structuring and coordination of investment deals involving angel investors, funds, and strategic partners.
• Conduct thorough due diligence by analyzing business propositions, including product, technology, and financial aspects.
• Offer strategic advice to founders to enhance decision-making and anticipate challenges.
• Maintain communication with current investors to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
• Negotiate agreements with partners, suppliers, customers, and relevant stakeholders to foster collaborations.
• Collaborate with venture partners from other firms to explore opportunities across industries and regions.
• Advise on improving financial outcomes by growing sales, reducing costs, and developing new revenue streams.
