Role Summary

The Managing Director of Global Operations will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing the company’s international operational framework. This leadership role focuses on harmonizing development across regional units, refining operational workflows, and refining management systems to enhance overall efficiency, supporting the organization's sustained growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop global operational strategies and yearly work plans in line with corporate goals.
• Enhance the global operation system through efficient management processes and execution frameworks.
• Boost the company's operational performance responding dynamically to market fluctuations.
• Coordinate operations across regions ensuring seamless collaboration between business units.
• Set and maintain operational standards to increase execution effectiveness and oversee major project progress.
• Lead global operations team building, including talent development and organizational process improvements.
• Optimize team collaboration to heighten operational efficiency and guide regional teams in operations and business support.
• Regularly improve business workflows and management standardization.
• Deploy data analysis and digital resources to enhance operational productivity and institute performance evaluation mechanisms.
• Foster cooperation among internal departments, such as Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, and Finance to implement key initiatives and ensure resource optimization.
• Track industry trends and market shifts to advise on operational strategies and support geographical business expansion.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management, Business, Operations, or related disciplines.
• Substantial experience in managing corporate operations, especially in cross-regional contexts.
• Expertise in establishing operational structures, optimizing processes, and managing projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, leadership, and execution abilities.
