About the Role

Join PwC Ireland’s Healthcare Technology Consulting team, where you will engage in cutting-edge projects that intersect health data and technology to support transformation in healthcare organizations. Your role will focus on delivering technology-driven solutions to optimize business processes and outcomes, while driving innovation in digital health and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of complex digital and technology transformation programs within the health sector to improve operational workflows and results.
• Translate client needs into innovative and effective business solutions centered on digital health, analytics, and technology adoption.
• Manage project resources, budgets, scheduling, and billing processes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Apply and expand knowledge of both private and public health sectors with a strong emphasis on technology-driven transformation.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior healthcare clients, including key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HealthTech, contribute to proposals, and support growth of the consulting practice.
• Create marketing content such as whitepapers, methodologies, and case studies showcasing trends and best practices in health technology.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing professional development and training support.
• Collaborate within PwC’s global network to leverage international resources and solutions in healthcare technology.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the health or social care industry or in professional services serving healthcare clients, specifically in areas like technology transformation, digital health, health analytics, or health planning.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, strategies, and operational frameworks, particularly related to technology implementation.
• Innovative thinker with enthusiasm for emerging digital health concepts and technology disruptors.
• Solid commercial insight with a focus on delivering technology-enabled business value.
• Preferably certified in recognized project, program, or change management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2, PMP, MSP, Prosci, Agile, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) or have relevant technology or data analytics certification.
