Work Location and Schedule

This managerial finance role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, featuring a hybrid work arrangement with four days onsite and one day remote each week.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Manager, Finance will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts over multiple business units. Key duties include planning and consolidating annual operating budgets such as FMI, G&A, headcount, and CAPEX; delivering consultative financial analysis with actionable insights; collaborating with Treasury, Accounting, and Sales/Marketing to enhance financial outcomes; managing financial reporting tools and KPI dashboards; consolidating group-wide financial results; developing forecasts aligned with strategic goals; analyzing business performance to identify profit enhancement opportunities; advising senior leadership on planning, performance, and risk; supporting process improvements and financial automation; and leading the finance team.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Financial modeling and scenario evaluation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, SAP, and HFM financial consolidation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to engage with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strategic business partnering and planning skills
• Leadership and management experience
• Process improvement and automation exposure
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and global consolidation preferred

Experience and Educational Qualifications

Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including a minimum of 3 years managing or leading teams. Preferred education includes postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA, alongside certifications like CPA, FP&A, Power BI, SAP Financials training, or financial modeling certifications.

Work Environment and Travel

The position requires no business travel and involves office presence in Mississauga with remote flexibility.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is from $110,032 to $137,665 annually, reflecting the baseline to midpoint pay for this job grade. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, location, and market factors, excluding bonuses or variable pay.
