Management Trainee

Overview

We are seeking fresh B.Tech graduates in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to join as Management Trainees in Technical Project Engineering. This role covers multidisciplinary fields including electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, structural, automation, and software engineering. Project engineering responsibilities span design, planning, risk assessment, and resource coordination, including personnel and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions with comprehensive and multidisciplinary information integration.
• Lead development of innovative solutions addressing complex project demands and challenges.
• Ensure timely completion of all engineering tasks across projects and coordinate discipline-specific engineering activities.
• Provide technical support during testing, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze results, and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Prepare and maintain complete project documentation relevant to assigned responsibilities.
• Serve as a design authority for specific engineering disciplines and complete associated assignments.
• Deliver cost-effective, quality solutions adhering to budget and contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and effectively manage risk mitigation.
• Develop work plans, estimate costs, and review & approve project scope, budget, and schedules.
• Engage directly with clients, officials, contractors, and supply chain partners as necessary.

Candidate Profile

This entry-level position (Professional level P1) is intended for individuals with broad theoretical knowledge typically gained through advanced education. Close supervision is provided. Tasks involve straightforward problems, and the candidate is expected to clarify facts, policies, and practices related to their job area.
