The Team

You will join our Rooms Division, reporting to the Director of Rooms and collaborating closely with leaders from Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping & Laundry, and Spa & Recreation departments. This cooperative environment is focused on delivering seamless and thoughtful guest experiences while supporting team members' professional growth.

Your Role

As a Management Trainee, you will engage in practical learning across the Rooms Division, gaining experience in various departments to build a solid foundation in hotel operations and leadership. Your responsibilities include actively contributing to excellent guest experiences, learning to lead teams, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the hotel's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a smooth and inviting guest experience from arrival through departure.
• Assist with daily Front Office tasks such as room assignments, managing VIP arrivals, and addressing guest requests.
• Supervise service quality and support teams in delivering timely, personalized service.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to guarantee rooms are guest-ready and satisfaction is met.
• Address guest feedback and handle issues professionally and attentively.
• Gain exposure to Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa operations to fully understand the guest journey.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Possession of a diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Practical experience through internships within luxury hotel settings.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and composure under pressure.
• Confident communication in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Motivated to learn, adaptable, and enjoys collaborative teamwork.
