Program Overview
This unique Management Associate program at United Media Group is designed for ambitious individuals aiming to accelerate their journey to executive leadership roles such as CEO or CXO. Participants will immediately assume full responsibility for a core function within one of United Media's portfolio companies, managing complex challenges, driving decision-making, developing processes, and being accountable for outcomes in a dynamic setting.
Program Duration & Progression
Lasting approximately two years, the program aims to prepare participants to be "CEO ready" in the most rapid and effective manner. Upon completion, successful associates will be placed in leadership positions with opportunities for CEO roles that include significant equity stakes within portfolio companies.
Mentorship and Development
Associates will collaborate directly with experienced CEOs and senior leaders, benefiting from mentorship and ongoing feedback. The training emphasizes skills such as talent acquisition, team leadership, organizational culture shaping, and making strategic decisions under pressure.
