Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join the Concrete & Quarries division, responsible for organizing and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities for Concrete Plants and Quarries located in Regional Queensland. This is a permanent, full-time position based at any of our Queensland sites or at the head office in Milton.
Key Duties
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance tasks effectively to ensure operational continuity.
- Manage purchasing of inventory items and maintain accurate stock levels to support maintenance activities.
- Maintain and update maintenance management systems to guarantee compliance and uphold data accuracy.
- Research and adopt industry best practices for operational improvements, implementing approved strategies.
- Encourage a culture centered on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling maintenance programs.
- Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, particularly Maximo, and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
