Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Mahindra Tractor Salesman based in Motipur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The role involves direct sales of tractors through engaging field visits and managing showroom inquiries. The compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000, along with additional incentive opportunities. The position requires frequent travel to local villages, farmers, and contractors for lead generation.

Primary Duties

• Drive tractor sales by actively visiting potential customers in the field and responding to showroom inquiries.
• Engage with farmers, contractors, and villagers to identify and pursue sales prospects.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and clearly communicate the features and benefits of tractors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Work closely with financial partners to facilitate loan processing for customers.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate sales records to support customer relationships.
• Take part in promotional and marketing campaigns to boost product visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for traveling extensively to support field sales operations.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle and driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
