Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert for a contract role operating remotely. This position involves critical evaluation and enhancement of logistics documentation and workflows to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics-related documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records for accuracy, legitimacy, and adherence to industry norms.
• Create and annotate example documents showcasing best supply chain and logistics management approaches.
• Assess current supply chain processes and recommend practical improvements based on professional experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on scenarios involving logistics documentation layouts and workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify expectations and convey complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Engage in quality assurance by verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of supply chain datasets.
• Support the development of training content that aligns with industry standards and addresses intricate supply chain challenges.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years of direct experience in logistics and supply chain operations, focused on key documents like packing lists and bills of lading.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations, documentation requirements, and logistics workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills to articulate complex technical details effectively.
• Spot-on attention to detail in scrutinizing and generating supply chain documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities with experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
