SynergyX Logistics is an expanding company operating in the logistics sector across the North West of England. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Recruiter to join our team and take charge of recruitment activities spanning our Liverpool and Preston sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for operations located in Liverpool and Preston.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards and professional social platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
• Organize and schedule candidate interviews.
• Maintain an active and well-organized candidate pipeline to meet recruitment demands.
• Engage continuously with candidates to keep them informed throughout hiring stages.
• Support onboarding procedures to ensure hires are fully prepared to start.
• Collaborate closely with operational managers to comprehend present and future staffing needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify areas where candidate intake should be increased.
• Innovate and implement improvements to enhance candidate attraction and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated prior experience in recruitment is mandatory.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies and candidate pools.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet recruitment targets.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with candidates and operational teams.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
• Owns accountability for managing workload independently with reliability.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms and maintaining candidate data.
• Experience recruiting in logistics, transport, delivery, warehousing, or similar high-volume sectors is preferred.
