Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator at FR8 Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of loads by managing coordination between customers, transporters, and internal teams. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, securing loads, and overseeing loading and unloading activities to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through skillful negotiation to secure loads efficiently.
• Perform cold calling to identify and obtain new load opportunities.
• Ensure punctual delivery of loads for trucks registered with the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for consistent load acquisition.
• Coordinate internally among teams to facilitate seamless logistics operations.
• Collaborate with transporters to source loads and monitor loading and unloading schedules, working alongside supervisors.
• Work closely with senior management to understand targets and coordinate actions within the team.
• Manage and perform effectively under high-pressure situations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 29000 INR.
