Lending Operations Representative

About the Role

Join the Lending Operations team at Kiwibank in Lower Hutt and contribute to helping customers realize their home loan aspirations. This position requires managing home loan documentation, collaborating closely with branch offices and partner networks to improve customers’ financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests related to existing home loans efficiently.
• Coordinate documentation for lump sum payments, changes in payment frequency, restructuring loans without credit impact, and home loan refinancings.
• Manage repayment and closure processes of home loans.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks on all documentation.
• Monitor and process submissions received through the Maintenance Inbox.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in banking operations or within contact centres or branch environments is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn various systems swiftly.
