Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant based on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This position entails guiding potential tenants through all phases of the leasing process, including conducting property showings, clarifying lease terms, and assisting with application and move-in steps. Responsibilities also involve managing lease documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, handling lease renewals, and fostering resident retention.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain lease terms and guide applicants through leasing procedures.
• Manage and maintain lease documentation and records.
• Coordinate lease renewals and promote retention of residents.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team to uphold community standards and objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with lease agreements and lease administration processes.
• Experience in fostering resident retention through relationship building.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities paired with excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proficiency in standard office software and property management systems.
• Capability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate efficiently within a team setting.
• Preferably experienced in real estate, property management, or related sectors.
• Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
