Role Overview

Leads and Co-Leads at AI Club GHRCE play a pivotal role in shaping the club's vision and managing daily activities. Operating full-time on site in Nagpur, these leaders supervise project implementation, coordinate events and workshops, and promote member collaboration. They mentor teams, liaise with faculty and external partners, and ensure alignment with the club’s objectives of AI education and innovation. Their duties also involve strategic planning, resource allocation, documenting activities, conducting meetings, reviewing progress regularly, and consistently enhancing club operations and member engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects and events seamlessly.
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities to interact professionally with club members, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making competencies to successfully navigate challenges and direct projects.
• Knowledge or interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technologies, with a focus on continuous learning.
• Proficiency in project planning, time management, and documentation for clear tracking of activities and deliverables.
• Experience with student organizations, technical communities, or event coordination is advantageous; current enrollment in related academic fields such as engineering or computer science is preferred.
