Job description
Role Overview
This position is designed to assist internal clients, including the business operations team and staff, by providing accurate information and resolving issues related to timekeeping, attendance, and associated functions.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The role operates Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a pay rate of $27.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts various routine data entry tasks essential for the administration and upkeep of the time and attendance systems.
- Manages and oversees the timekeeping platform to ensure proper reporting, auditing, adjustments, and operational functionality for all employees, supervisors, managers, and agency personnel.
- Addresses inquiries and concerns from frontline employees and management regarding time reporting and hours worked, escalating matters as necessary.
- Maintains the call-off system by handling data adjustments, verifying warnings, and ensuring accuracy.
- Supports stakeholders by tracking data, generating reports, and supplying requested information.
- Performs additional duties in support of Operations, including on-floor assistance as assigned.
Collaborative Interfaces
- Works closely with Operations teams.
- Coordinates with the Operations Leadership Team.
- Engages with Productivity Planning personnel.
- Collaborates with Global Business Services (GBS).
Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various internal stakeholders and interpret English-based communications.
- Capability to work independently while maintaining calm and delivering quality service in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with competing demands.
- Adaptability and quick learning aptitude alongside independent critical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks in alignment with company KPIs and leadership guidance.
- Proficiency with computers and specifically Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred knowledge or familiarity with company policies on pay practices, wage and hour laws, and relevant state and federal regulations concerning timekeeping.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to safeguard confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Physical and Attendance Expectations
- Regular requirement to talk and listen; stand, sit or walk; use hands and arms for tasks such as typing, lifting, and manipulating items, potentially for up to twelve hours per day.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled working hours.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year experience or training related to the role, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Preferred experience supporting automated time and attendance systems.
- Proven experience in general office settings with computer usage.
- Certification or demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and comprehend English communications.
