About the Role
We seek a commercially focused leader to spearhead the strategic growth of the merchandise business. This involves managing integrated sales and operations planning, enhancing retail performance across both online and offline channels, and developing a comprehensive long-term expansion strategy. The role demands building key partnerships with e-commerce platforms and dealerships, along with leading a high-achieving team to realize significant year-over-year retail sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a sustainable long-term growth plan to boost revenue consistently each year.
- Oversee omnichannel retail sales through dealerships and e-commerce platforms to ensure strong sell-out results.
- Lead integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), aligning demand forecasting, supply management, inventory, and commercial objectives.
- Conduct regular business evaluations and trading meetings to track progress and enhance operational performance.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with top e-commerce operators, dealerships, and channel collaborators.
- Design and manage the e-commerce operational framework, including onboarding partners, developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and negotiating commercial terms.
- Discover new business prospects, broaden distribution avenues, and generate additional revenue streams.
- Promote retail excellence by upholding consistent visual merchandising and delivering excellent customer experiences in the dealer network.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to bolster retail efficiency, implement growth strategies, and attain business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and execution fidelity.
Qualifications and Experience
- An MBA from a premier institute is a prerequisite.
- Certification in Digital Sales or E-commerce is advantageous.
- 12 to 14 years of expertise in retail sales, omnichannel business management, e-commerce key account management, or commercial sales.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and handling large-scale retail or e-commerce operations.
Technical Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of omnichannel sales and retail strategies.
- Proficiency in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Experience with trade marketing and dealer relationship management.
- Understanding of e-commerce business models and commercial negotiations.
- Strong capabilities in business planning and achieving revenue growth.
- Competence in data analytics and performance tracking.
