Lead Program Office & Solution Design

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead for Program Office and Solution Design who will create and develop diverse instructional content tailored for adult learners. This role involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts to transform complex technical topics into engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will manage curriculum frameworks aligning with community development goals and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Key Duties

• Design comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions tailored to adult learners' needs.
• Partner with experts to identify training requirements and simplify complex content into accessible educational formats.
• Develop and apply curriculum structures that align with the organization's focus on community and sustainable development.
• Create assessment tools and strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training and measure learner progress.
• Use project management techniques to oversee instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on schedule and alignment with strategic targets.
• Incorporate modern digital instructional tools and technologies to boost learner engagement and delivery impact.
• Conduct learner analysis and profiling to design relevant, inclusive, and impactful training programs.
• Track and analyze the performance of training initiatives, providing insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in instructional design, adult education, and educational technologies to innovate learning offerings.
• Collaborate internally and externally to align training solutions with the goals of the Skills and Education unit and the wider organizational mission.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 15 years of experienced practice in instructional design or curriculum development focusing on adult learning theories and applications.
• Proven project management skills capable of juggling multiple instructional development projects simultaneously.
• Experience designing and implementing effective assessment models to measure educational outcomes.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or equivalent field.
• Preferred certifications in instructional design or project management, such as PMP or CPLP.

This role is suitable for both internal and external applicants and requires on-site presence in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
