Role Summary

NTT DATA is looking for a Lead Integration & Observability Specialist to architect, implement, and guide enterprise-level observability and reliability practices. The position supports cloud integration environments on AWS and Azure, with a strong focus on monitoring, automation, and keeping applications, APIs, data pipelines, and messaging systems production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 7 years of overall experience in IT.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in observability, monitoring, or reliability engineering.
  • Strong practical experience with enterprise observability platforms such as IBM Instana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Solid capability in designing monitoring and alerting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with log analysis and log management.
  • Working knowledge of metrics, distributed tracing, and related diagnostics.
  • Understanding of health checks and SLO/SLI concepts.
  • Experience monitoring workloads hosted on AWS or Azure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident analysis skills in production environments.
  • Experience defining operational requirements and non-functional requirements.
  • Background in technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Experience integrating automation with ITSM processes, including ServiceNow workflows and incident automation.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and release management practices.
  • Exposure to cloud integration and messaging systems.

  • Experience working in Windows server environments.
  • Exposure to monitoring or supporting .NET applications, IIS, Windows services, or related Microsoft technologies.
