Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Analyst focusing on Surgery coding to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is suited for professionals with 4 to 7 years of experience in surgery coding or surgery quality assurance. Candidates must possess CPC or CCS certification. The position operates during regular business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with interviews conducted virtually.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform expert analysis and coding related to surgical procedures.
• Ensure coding accuracy and quality in surgical documentation.
• Maintain certification (CPC/CCS) and apply coding best practices.
• Experience between 4 to 7 years in relevant coding roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical coding and quality assurance.
