Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge & AI Search Engineer to join our team in one of the following locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the ServiceNow Knowledge Management modules effectively.
• Develop, implement, and fine-tune AI-based Search functionalities to enhance information retrieval.
• Set up external content connectors integrating platforms such as SharePoint and various web sources.
• Create and uphold taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and classification schemes to organize content systematically.
• Ensure that content is properly optimized for AI ingestion to improve search accuracy and relevance.
• Continuously analyze search performance data to adjust ranking and relevance models appropriately.
