Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant with 7 to 12 years of expertise in Supply Chain Planning to be based in Bangalore. This role involves extensive involvement with Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions implementation and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in configuring and delivering Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
- Manage demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning activities.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, data modeling, integration, and testing.
- Provide production support and manage end-to-end project implementations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and solve complex project problems.
- Integrate Kinaxis systems with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7-12 years in supply chain planning using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Expertise in Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Capacity Planning along with S&OP.
- Proficient in data modeling and ERP system integration.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- ERP integration experience with SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
Eligibility and Education
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
