Role Overview

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of customers' risk environments.
  • Optimize and accelerate commercial and support processes.
  • Identify ways to align Genetec's portfolio with customer operational goals and assist in developing technology roadmaps.
  • Champion change by ensuring partners and customers adopt technology effectively and update their processes for strategic success.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key end users, technology partners, and channel partners.
  • Maintain a comprehensive account plan within the CRM, including opportunity tracking, account mapping, and forecasting.
  • Drive new business opportunities from development through to closure.
  • Organize and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key Genetec and customer stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
  • Act as the customers’ representative within Genetec, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about products, services, market trends, and competition.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to maintain market presence.

  • Experience within the Utility and Energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of NERC/CIP standards.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise risk management.
  • Proven collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus across various business units and geographical regions.
  • Extensive experience in business operations and management priorities.
  • Capability to convene stakeholder groups and foster agreement.
  • Certifications related to Genetec products such as Security Center Enterprise, Mission Control, and Clear ID.
  • Willingness to travel over 60% of the time.
