About the Role
SPS Global Group of Companies seeks a motivated Junior Web Developer/Website Administrator responsible for managing, updating, and enhancing company websites. The role demands hands-on experience with website development, maintenance, troubleshooting, content management, website optimization, and fundamental SEO practices to ensure sites remain secure, functional, responsive, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate existing websites, develop new pages, landing pages, and forms as needed.
- Update content such as images, banners, projects, services, and blogs regularly.
- Guarantee responsive design and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Detect and fix site errors, broken links, and performance issues promptly.
- Monitor and enhance website speed, uptime, and overall performance through optimization techniques.
- Maintain website security, ensure backups, and coordinate with hosting and domain providers.
- Implement basic on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, URLs, and image optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, site tracking, and analytics integration.
- Create and manage enquiry forms; ensure leads are captured and routed effectively.
- Integrate websites with CRM, email platforms, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, APIs, and manage pixels and conversion tracking.
- Update property listings, campaigns, and company information while coordinating with multiple departments for accurate content presentation.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, maintain plug-ins, themes, and assist with security measures.
- Document and report website activities, performance metrics, and maintain secure records of credentials.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in web development or admin roles. Candidates handling business, real estate, corporate, or lead-generation websites will have preference. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and relevant projects will also be considered.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related fields is required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and cPanel.
- Basic PHP and MySQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in website optimization, troubleshooting, SEO basics, Google Analytics, Search Console, and pixel implementation.
- Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and version control tools like Git preferred.
Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- CTC Range: ₹1,50,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum depending on experience and performance
