Role Overview

As a Junior UI Engineer, you will focus on blending data with design to create clear, dependable tools that act as a single source of truth for a global company’s operations. This is a fully remote role where collaboration with experienced senior consultants ensures an environment that values clean coding and functional design over corporate jargon.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform interface designs and wireframes into functional web components using HTML, CSS, and introductory JavaScript.
• Work with senior consultants to understand finance teams’ data requirements and modify layouts accordingly.
• Ensure all user interface components are responsive and compatible with various enterprise-grade browsers.
• Maintain and update a reusable UI component library to preserve consistency across projects.
• Create clear documentation and configuration manuals to empower client teams post-engagement.
• Test interfaces thoroughly to detect and fix layout problems or broken links before delivery.
• Simplify reporting views where possible to enable users to find essential information quickly.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and basic modern JavaScript.
• Interest in data visualization and a logical mindset for organizing information on screens.
• Keen eye for detail focusing on spacing, font uniformity, and alignment.
• Curiosity about large business operations and eagerness to learn financial reporting systems basics.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while regularly communicating progress to the team.
