Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Coordinator for a six-month full-time placement, ideal for candidates at the entry-level eager to develop a professional career in social media, content creation, and agency operations. This position serves as a foundational launchpad into this fast-growing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of client social media channels including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and edit captions and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
• Monitor community engagement, responding to comments and troubleshooting posting issues.
• Support content shoot preparations and on-site assistance, managing schedules and client communication professionally.
• Organize digital assets in Google Drive, maintain proper folder and naming conventions, and liaise with editors and team members to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain client portals, documentation, and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Handle assigned clients at a tactical level with close guidance from senior personnel.

Compensation & Career Progression

This structured placement offers £1,200 monthly compensation during the six months. Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance will be invited to join Social Hidayah permanently as Social Media Coordinators, taking on greater responsibilities and client management autonomy, accompanied by an enhanced salary package. Outstanding contributors may progress into senior and operational leadership roles within the agency.
