Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Operation Specialist at Deutsche Glasfaser Unternehmensgruppe, you will manage and resolve complex sales-related and procedural challenges, ensuring effective solutions. You'll provide advanced support to property owners and managers, handle intricate construction-related issues concerning network levels 3 and 4, and contribute to the enhancement and digital transformation of processes. Additionally, you'll undertake various flexible operational tasks within the sales operations domain based on departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex sales and procedural matters to implement appropriate solutions.
• Offer second-level support by assisting property owners and housing managers with demanding inquiries.
• Address complex construction topics within network levels 3 and 4 with a solution-driven approach.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in digitizing existing workflows.
• Take on additional operational tasks within the Sales Operations area as required.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Some experience in customer service, administration, or a sales-related environment is advantageous.
• Interest in sales processes alongside technical and organizational contexts.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in standard office software, especially Excel.
• Self-driven with strong responsibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of the German language.
