The Calgary Sales Office serves as the vital connection to the North American market, providing welded pipes, machined and fabricated components, pressure vessels, and storage tanks manufactured in facilities located in Germany, the USA, and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects including execution, procurement, tracking, and delivery to meet deadlines and budget constraints, while also managing client interactions, progress reporting, and project closure procedures.
• Manage sourcing and purchasing efforts by collaborating with multiple vendors, handle supplier and subcontractor contracts, supervise fabrication stages, assist with inspections, and optimize logistics as well as supply chain and transportation management.
• Work in close coordination with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and comply with customer requirements, project specifications, internationally recognized standards such as ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and regulatory mandates.
• Evaluate and cultivate relationships with suppliers to assure quality, dependability, and sustainable collaboration; maintain robust partnerships across all relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the Sales Team by providing cost estimates for capital projects, keeping customers informed with detailed updates, conducting project meetings, and facilitating technical coordination during execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure objectives for quality, schedule, and budget are met successfully.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in pipe spool fabrication and skid assembly processes.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in interpreting design, engineering, and construction drawings; familiarity with welding processes and code compliance is advantageous.
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of German language is a plus.
