Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Project Analyst to support strategic project oversight and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management by analyzing project metrics including performance, profitability, progress, cost research, and estimations.
• Facilitate communication between the Finance department of Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo Corporate Limited in Japan.
• Manage budgeting, cost controlling, allocation, invoice processing aligned with reporting requirements and escalation protocols.
• Provide support for manpower planning activities.
• Maintain and enhance functionality of the project tracking tool (CATS), including system improvements and accurate staff project tracking updates.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach, excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Excel VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, and SAP (CATS/ERP) is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with numerical data and interpreting complex relationships.
