Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Manager specializing in logistics and fulfillment to oversee the movement of goods and data from suppliers through to customers across all sales channels (D2C/Shopify, Amazon/FBA, B2B). You will ensure optimal inventory placement, collaborate closely with procurement, fulfillment, and channel partners, and coordinate with our E-Commerce Manager on shared tasks, campaigns, and channel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously enhance xentral as the central system for order processing, warehouse management, forecasting, and accounting across all channels.
• Oversee all procurement activities including order confirmation, fulfillment, invoicing, and the coordination of our sourcing partner in China.
• Direct fulfillment operations via logistics partners, including Amazon FBA, and develop the logistics infrastructure needed for launching new markets.
• Handle daily operations across D2C, Amazon, and B2B channels and support the introduction of new marketplaces and countries.
• Manage the purchasing and inventory budget for accessories, providing consultative input on ordering volumes for core products.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within D2C or consumer hardware sectors.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP and accounting systems, particularly xentral and DATEV, as well as marketplace tools like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong analytical capabilities for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and process optimization.
• Confidence in cross-functional collaboration with international partners and supplier relationship management.
• Organized, proactive approach with enthusiasm for working in a small, evolving team environment.
