Junior Digital Project Manager

Overview

Carepool is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This role involves overseeing digital initiatives from start to finish, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and delivery that meets timeline, scope, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.
• Organize and manage resources, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Guarantee timely and on-budget delivery of projects within defined scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution.
• Update stakeholders regularly on project status and progress.
• Apply project adjustments and interventions as needed to ensure objectives are met.
• Perform quality assurance testing on digital deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong understanding and application of various project management methodologies.
• Experience managing social media content projects and effective coordination with video editors and graphic designers.
• Ability to work onsite at our Denver office.
• Availability to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
