Job Overview

The Junior Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to develop dual expertise as a data scientist and strategic consultant within a vibrant London office. You'll engage with international clients on innovative marketing analytics projects, leveraging econometrics, AI, and data science to solve business challenges. Projects typically involve Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and customer analytics, managing end-to-end tasks from data collection to model building and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Implement econometric methods and AI to address and solve business-related data questions.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of client business environments and adapt rapidly in a dynamic setting.
• Lead full lifecycle Marketing Mix Modelling and Customer Analytics projects across various industries and global markets.
• Support research & development to enhance new methodologies and strengthen data engineering and architecture within the London office.
• Contribute actively to company culture initiatives, well-being programs, and environmental and social responsibility efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, econometrics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or other comparable quantitative disciplines.
• Previous exposure—academic or professional—to data analysis, modeling, advanced analytics, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages; Python is primarily used at Ekimetrics.
• Ability to quickly learn and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen interest in data and marketing to drive business impact.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team to innovate and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for personal growth and joining a tight-knit team.

• Necessary to work onsite in London at least two days weekly (hybrid working model).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from £40,500 to £47,000 plus individual and company performance bonuses.
