Junior Cloud Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Junior Cloud Engineer to assist in deploying, operating, and enhancing cloud infrastructure solutions. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking practical experience in cloud platforms, automation, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure cloud solutions for both development and production stages.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Engage in defining, setting up, and running Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical demos of cloud technologies.
• Manage servers and services within virtualized and cloud environments.
• Track system health and availability, aid in troubleshooting and incident management.
• Work alongside senior engineers to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience spanning 1 to 3 years in cloud engineering, system administration, or relevant domains.
• Fundamental understanding of at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Basic concepts of networking including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Scripting capabilities using Python or Shell scripting languages.
• Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
