Job Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service at the AIDA Bars, preparing cocktails and beverages according to established company standards.
• Advise guests on beverage choices, ensuring courteous and engaging sales interactions.
• Perform daily setup and cleanup tasks to maintain the bar’s mise en place.
• Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations while working.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably supported by formal training in the hospitality or hotel sector.
• Good command of English along with a strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and a neat, professional appearance.
