Junior Accountant

Job Overview

Bhairavnath Impex is seeking a meticulous and driven Junior Accountant with approximately one year of accounting experience. The candidate should possess fundamental understanding of accounting principles, Tally Prime, and Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate a strong desire to develop professionally.

Key Duties

• Record daily financial transactions using Tally Prime software.
• Create vouchers for sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain records for cash, bank, and ledgers.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Support preparation and documentation related to GST compliance.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and accounting records.
• Verify invoices and reconcile accounts for vendors and customers.
• Generate fundamental accounting reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams on accounting-related tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Tally Prime basics.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel operations including data entry, formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Understanding of core accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.
• Detail-focused with high accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Preferably has basic GST knowledge.
• Comfortable with MS Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent qualifications.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on company policies and the candidate's experience, typically ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 INR per month.

Position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Sindhubhavan Road, Thaltej). Full-time onsite employment.
