Role Overview

This full-time position involves attending to customers at the store by providing detailed product knowledge and delivering an excellent shopping experience. The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for driving sales, meeting monthly and seasonal targets, and enhancing customer retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers within the store and offer comprehensive product information.
• Promote and sell jewellery items effectively.
• Accomplish monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and visually appealing for shoppers.
• Process payment transactions and prepare merchandise for delivery.
• Retain both existing and new customers through excellent service.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels within the store.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Magento systems effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Strong salesmanship and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.
• Basic computer skills including email usage.
• Capacity to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
