Role Overview

This full-time position, based onsite in Riyadh, involves operating JCB machinery for excavation, loading, and material handling within facility management and construction sites. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment before use, performing maintenance checks, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with site teams to maintain organized and compliant work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate JCB and comparable heavy machinery to perform earthmoving and loading tasks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure machinery functionality.
• Follow detailed site plans and supervisors' instructions accurately.
• Collaborate with site personnel, assisting in ground preparations and waste clearance.
• Maintain work zones orderly, ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in safely operating JCB or similar heavy equipment, including understanding excavation and loading techniques.
• Strong knowledge of site safety protocols, hazard recognition, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Basic mechanical skills to identify equipment issues and assist in preventative maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members.
• Competency in reading and interpreting work instructions and site layouts with close attention to detail.
• Valid, current operator license or certification for JCB/heavy equipment as per local regulations.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors, accommodating tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Readiness to work flexible, extended hours according to project demands.
