Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Provide expert technical knowledge in web-based applications utilizing Java J2EE technology.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Core Java, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, and Webservices.
• Develop end-to-end full stack scalable and high-performance cloud applications using various cloud development frameworks.
• Implement and maintain coding standards rigorously.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure software design aligns accurately with specified requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and guide team members on solution development, prototyping, proof of concepts, problem resolution, and consulting projects.
• Exhibit a service-oriented mindset and function effectively as a collaborative team player.
• Work independently with high motivation and focus.
• Communicate clearly and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Java 8.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Practice with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Kafka messaging system.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra or equivalents.
• Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle.

Open to candidates who hold any graduate degree.
