This role involves designing and conducting ITIL training sessions tailored to individual learners and corporate groups. The trainer will develop course content, lead training activities, support participants, evaluate learning progress, and remain current with the latest ITIL industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create well-structured ITIL course materials suited to diverse learner groups.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Provide practical assistance and guidance to learners during training.
• Assess and measure learning outcomes to ensure comprehension and application.
• Keep abreast of developments in ITIL frameworks and related best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks, methodologies, and implementation approaches.
• Proven experience designing and conducting instructional training programmes.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to actively involve participants.
• Relevant ITIL certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, or advanced levels.
• Capability to manage remote training sessions using virtual tools effectively.
• Desirable: Experience in project management, process audits, risk management, and innovation coaching.
