Position Summary

The company is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a critical role ensuring smooth operations across store locations. The role involves providing remote IT assistance, addressing hardware, software, and POS system issues, and serving as the primary troubleshooter for network, device, and application problems. This ensures minimal operational disruption and promotes efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT support requests through phone, chat, and the MaintainX system, ensuring all concerns are resolved and properly recorded.
• Troubleshoot issues across IT systems including POS, networking, and business applications.
• Support hardware installations, replacements, and software updates remotely.
• Document problem resolutions clearly and escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring all wash down related problems are addressed timely.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards when assisting store personnel.
• Deliver 100% remote IT support service.
• Contribute to IT projects as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years’ experience in IT support preferred. Combinations of relevant experience and education will be evaluated.
• Knowledgeable about control systems, low voltage systems, networking, and surveillance camera systems.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, POS systems, and advanced IT hardware/software is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, or similar platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between $55,000 and $65,000, dependent on experience.
