A leading global advisory firm is hiring an M&A Associate for its Munich and Frankfurt team. This role suits an experienced professional with a solid track record in mergers and acquisitions, ideally with exposure to technology-related deals.
Core responsibilities
- Manage mergers and acquisitions assignments through the full deal lifecycle, from initial work to completion.
- Carry out financial assessment, company valuation, and due diligence activities.
- Work closely with senior leaders and clients, particularly within the tech sector.
- Assist with business development initiatives and market analysis.
- Develop pitch materials, presentations, and investment memoranda.
Candidate profile
- Has 2 to 4 years of relevant M&A experience, gained in investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory.
- Prior exposure to technology-sector transactions is preferred.
- Possesses strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Can communicate at native-level German and is fluent in English.
