Role Summary

The Inventory Associate is responsible for managing all daily inbound and inventory operations on the floor. This includes leading supervisors and pickers, enforcing strict SOP compliance, and ensuring accurate stock management from receipt to storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-ground teams across inbound and inventory functions, oversee shift planning, task distribution, and monitor team productivity.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure process discipline, identify any procedural deviations, and initiate corrective measures.
• Manage inventory activities such as batch consolidation, zonal stock relocations, cycle counting with variance analysis, and stock rotation based on FEFO principles.
• Oversee expiry management, including detection, segregation, and handling of near-expiry or expired products.
• Supervise stock merchandising at pick locations and manage Return-to-Vendor processes.
• Handle inbound operations including verification of supplier purchase orders for quantity, quality, batch, and expiry, timely putaway of received goods, and reconciliation of supplier invoices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or dark-store operations, particularly in inbound and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), cycle counting procedures, and FEFO-based inventory handling.
• Strong leadership skills to manage floor teams, maintain process compliance, and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with operational needs.
