Position Summary
We are recruiting for a prestigious multinational corporation seeking an Internal Audit professional specializing in Control Testing and compliance frameworks such as Internal Financial Control (IFC) and SOX. The role is located in Gurugram and requires candidates with proven experience in Internal Audit, Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA), and operational control processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess the efficacy of internal controls by conducting detailed control testing to ensure the prevention of errors and fraud, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
- Identify weaknesses in control environments to enhance the reliability of financial statements, operational procedures, and IT general controls (ITGC) for audit preparedness.
- Participate actively in agile frameworks by managing development sprints and integrating testing activities within these models.
- Coordinate efforts to validate audit evidence, perform conformance reviews, and generate analytical trend and hotspot reports.
- Engage with clients and trustees to support audit and control-related activities.
- Review and validate controls related to financial crime prevention.
- Utilize data visualization and business intelligence tools to analyze information effectively.
- Apply strong analytical and investigative skills to identify errors, discrepancies, and process deviations.
- Handle change management initiatives to improve control processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualifications include B.Com or BBA in any specialization of accounting; candidates with CA, MBA in Finance, CIA, or CISA certifications with at least one year of relevant experience are also eligible.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in auditing functions focusing on internal financial control, SOX compliance, and control testing.
- Experience working in shift-based schedules and willingness to work full-time from the office located in Gurugram.
- Immediate availability up to a maximum notice period of 30 days is preferred.
Compensation & Additional Information
- Competitive salary package up to 22,00,000 INR per annum depending on experience and seniority level.
- Work location strictly onsite in Gurugram with shift flexibility.
