About the Role
Join Kia Europe's dynamic team at their headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as an Intern in Business Planning. This internship is designed for students eager to gain experience in an international environment focused on sustainable mobility solutions. The position offers a minimum placement of six months starting in September 2026, with the possibility to extend to a full year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing advanced Excel and PowerPoint templates for Kia Europe and its subsidiaries.
- Aggregate and summarize market feedback efficiently.
- Generate detailed reports utilizing various internal data tools.
- Design, track, and correct multiple reporting formats.
- Handle ad-hoc analytical and research tasks to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to diverse business planning projects through effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Support market teams with queries related to business planning.
- Help organize and execute meetings and conferences involving top management.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student in fields such as mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Comfortable working within an international and culturally varied team.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with a reliable and precise work approach.
- Proficient with complex Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across various organizational levels and departments.
- A proactive team player driven by results and supportive of colleagues.
- Possess an international mindset with adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
- Skilled at diagnosing problems and articulating solutions and outcomes.
