About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisors to become integral members of our team. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and sell life insurance policies to potential customers.
- Engage with clients personally to clarify policy details and benefits.
- Develop leads via referrals, networking, and proactive marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer requirements to suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
- Support clients through documentation and application processes.
- Establish and foster long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while ensuring excellent service.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: Completed 12th grade.
- Open to candidates without prior experience.
- English language proficiency is not mandatory.
- Preferred background in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
- Core skills include insurance advisory, marketing communication, customer relationship management, sales, lead generation, persuasion, and negotiation.
Compensation and Work Schedule
This is a field-based role that offers flexible working hours with options for full-time or part-time engagement. The salary ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹20,000 per month, which comprises a fixed pay between ₹7,000 and ₹10,000 and additional performance incentives of up to ₹10,000.

Mandatory Examination
