Job Overview

This role involves applying the ADDIE instructional design framework to analyze content and develop effective learning solutions. You will design and build e-learning courses using source content and storyboards, create virtual instructor-led training modules based on procedural documents, and develop job aids. The position requires adherence to provided templates, established standards, and timelines while working with minimal supervision. Communication and collaboration with team members will be facilitated through digital collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in instructional design or training-related fields.
• Proficient with key instructional design software such as Articulate 360 (including Storyline and Rise), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, WellSaid, and Camtasia.
• Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or related disciplines.
• Experience in consumer-focused companies is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare and/or insurance sectors is beneficial.
