About the Role
We are a well-established wholesale company with a 4-year legacy in New Delhi, specializing in women's lingerie and hosiery products. We are inviting an Inside Sales Executive to become a vital member of our growing sales team. This role focuses on connecting with verified B2B leads sourced from IndiaMART, understanding their needs, and turning these queries into completed sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Promptly engage with incoming B2B leads generated through IndiaMART.
- Communicate product details including catalog, pricing, and wholesale discounts effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups with retailers and wholesalers.
- Skillfully negotiate and close sales transactions to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Keep meticulous records of call activities and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within the garment or hosiery sector.
- Excellent communication, attentive listening, and persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic understanding of English.
- Familiarity with smartphone usage, WhatsApp Business, and Excel essentials.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, supplemented with attractive sales incentives.
- Location: New Delhi, office-based position.
