Information Technology Lead

About the Role

We seek a seasoned IT Lead with over 4 to 7 years of experience overseeing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, sales solutions, and business technology operations. The successful applicant will have proven expertise in network and security administration, cloud-based technologies, and specifically, SalesBuzz Van Sales platform management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure management, server and network troubleshooting, connectivity support, and security enforcement.
• Resolve hardware and software issues encountered by end users to guarantee uninterrupted business functions.
• Maintain and provide support for ERP and other enterprise business applications.
• Administer the SalesBuzz Van Sales system, including support for handheld devices, mobile printers, synchronization troubles, and sales team assistance.
• Lead IT projects and manage relationships with ISPs and vendors, including contract renewals and communications.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity protocols, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
• Collaborate closely with business units and sales teams for process improvements and technology alignment.
• Deliver technical guidance and user support across all departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in an IT leadership position.
• Familiarity with SalesBuzz or similar Van Sales software is preferred.
• Experience in beverage or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Proficiency with VMware virtualization technology.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or alternate van sales solutions.
• Expertise in network and firewall configuration and management.
• Competence in IT security frameworks and backup strategies.
• Vendor and license contract management.
